These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to every purchase made on skeenacouture.ca (the "Website"), operated by Skeena Couture ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you have received an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice. The agreed price is the price shown on your order confirmation.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your payment is captured no earlier than the time your order ships. All payments are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada, and every parcel is sent tracked with Canada Post. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 6–10 business days after dispatch, and in any case no later than 30 days after your order is placed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times. Delivery takes place in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you once you have taken physical possession of the parcel.

6. Your Right to Return

As a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no reason needed, in addition to any rights you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia). You can also cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. Please read our Return Policy for a full description of your rights and how the process works.

7. Warranty and Defects

Every item we sell is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects. Where a claim is justified, you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a partial refund, or cancel the purchase for a full refund. Please contact us at contact@skeenacouture.ca as soon as possible after you discover the defect.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of data or similar losses. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question, unless mandatory law, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia), provides otherwise.

9. Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of British Columbia. As a consumer, you keep all rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the province or territory where you live.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at any given time is published on this page and applies to purchases made after it is published.
