Shipping Policy

Below you will find everything you need to know about how we prepare and deliver orders placed with Skeena Couture. Last updated: October 2026.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days of being received. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

Orders ship with Canada Post, and the average delivery time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.

In keeping with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia), we will in any case deliver your order no later than 30 days after it is placed, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in Canada. No shipping charges are added at checkout, and every parcel is sent tracked with Canada Post.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to an item passes to you as the consumer once you, or a third party you have chosen other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of it, in keeping with the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
